Fairbanks Alaska Clinician Third Anaphylaxis (Adverse) Reaction to Covid-19 Vaccine

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (Reuters) - A Fairbanks clinician suffered anaphylactic symptoms after being given the Pfizer Inc coronavirus vaccine, a hospital said on Friday, becoming the third Alaska health care worker to suffer an adverse reaction to the new drug.
Drug? Vaccine? Or RNA therapy. I'll post the definition of RNA Therapy below.

RNA Therapies

The conventional view of RNA casts the molecule in a supporting role — the intermediary between DNA and protein, and a passive conduit for information.

And that’s how the most familiar form of RNA, messenger RNA, works. But only a small fraction of RNA molecules in cells are mRNAs.

As well as carrying instructions for making proteins, RNAs help to turn genes on and off, aid chemical reactions, slice and dice other RNAs, and even build proteins— by transporting amino acids and linking them together.

They’re much more active players in cell biology than we initially thought,” says Bruce Sullenger, who investigates RNA therapies at Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina.

Most RNA therapies can be sorted into one of three broad categories: those that target nucleic acids (either DNA or RNA), those that target proteins, and those that encode proteins.

Henceforth the "vaccine" will be known as the Covid 19 Injected RNA Therapy

If you are unfamiliar with the Covid mRNA therapy injection, reread:

They then inject a bespoke (custom made- genetically modified) version of the mRNA into the body, so that cells can produce proteins like those found in a given virus and train the immune system to fight a particular disease before it enters your bloodstream.

Continuing on with the 3rd Alaskan Anaphylaxis case

The clinician, whose name was not released, started showing symptoms about 10 minutes after being inoculated on Thursday, according to Foundation Health Partners, operator of the Fairbanks Memorial Hospital.

The health care worker was treated in the hospital’s emergency room with epinephrine and released about six hours later, Foundation Health Partners said in a written statement.

Two health care workers in Juneau suffered adverse reactions to the medication earlier this week. One was briefly hospitalized in that city for anaphylaxis after she was vaccinated on Tuesday. The second had a milder reaction on Wednesday and was treated at the hospital emergency room and released.
Illinois had a number of adverse reactions at one hospital as well- Chicago Sun Times
Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville has temporarily paused coronavirus vaccinations after four of its employees reported feeling adverse reactions.

The four employees experienced “tingling and elevated heart rate” after getting their vaccinations, Advocate Aurora Health said in a statement. Three of them are doing well at home, while the other is receiving additional treatment.
