Out of one million fully vaccinated individuals in Washington state, epidemiologists report evidence of 102 breakthrough cases since February 1, 2021Undoubtedly there are now more..
The state of Washington is investigating what officials are calling a "vaccine breakthrough,"after roughly 100 cases of people testing positive for the virus about two weeks after being vaccinated.
Epidemiologists report evidence of 102 breakthrough cases in 18 Washington counties, among millions of vaccinated residents. Two patients who received the vaccination died after becoming infected with the virus.
"DOH is investigating two potential vaccine breakthrough cases where the patients died. Both patients were more than 80 years old and suffered underlying health issues," officials said in a news release. To others who have not been vaccinated? Nice spin. The vaccines don’t block transmission. They are leaky vaccines. Period. Which means the vaccinated can infect anyone at all. Except for those who have natural antibodies ya know "herd immunity" aka social immunity?
“"Finding evidence of vaccine breakthrough cases reminds us that, even if you have been vaccinated, you still need to wear a mask, practice socially distancing, and wash your hands to prevent spreading COVID-19 to others who have not been vaccinated," said Secretary Shah.”
Speaking of nonsensical ‘social distancing’
But the science has moved on,(was it science? I don't think so.) and for months experts have been urging the Government to reconsider the approach – warning that these measures alone won’t prevent infections. One leading public health researcher, speaking to this newspaper, went as far as to brand many of rules ‘well meaning but pretty much useless’.
Well meaning, but pretty much useless- Yah, sounds about right!
Last week we revealed how workplaces were ignoring Public Health England guidance by relying on temperature checks – which had been found to be inaccurate and ineffective at picking up Covid cases. The gist of the article is proper ventilation indoors will reduce spread and bottom line that mask you wear inside as well as outside just makes you look like an idiot. Plus you always throw it on the ground. Plus masks are toxic.
Could a fixation with one-way systems and two-metre rules also present a similar problem? Giving the illusion of safety, while distracting us from the true risks?
Manipulating the masses. That's what PR is all about.
Buck HR survey finds U.S. workforce 'sharply divided' on COVID-19 vaccinationEmployers'push to vaccinate must aim to correct misconceptions; HR communications target 'moveable middle' undecided employees
NEW YORK, April 6, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Buck, an integrated HR and benefits consulting, technology, and administration services firm, released findings from its survey report indicating that nearly one-third (30%) of U.S. employees plan to take a "wait and see" approach to getting the COVID-19 vaccine, with members of the same group describing it as "not worth the risk."
The report, "Talking to employees about vaccine hesitancy" surveyed 820 full time workers at U.S. companies between February 25 and March 1. Leading Indicator Systems, which provides human capital research, conducted the study.
According to the report, approximately two in five American workers have at least some "anti-vaxxer" sentiments and 40 percent "don't trust the government's oversight of this vaccine." Brand preference based on perceived effectiveness was also a concern: More than half (52%) say they are "waiting for their preferred choice of vaccine" from among the Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J options.
"For employers who are interested in getting their workforce vaccinated against COVID-19, this research shows that many American workers are still either hesitant or opposed to getting the vaccine based on misconceptions about cost and effectiveness," said Leah Reynolds, a Principal in the Engagement Practice at Buck. "As companies formulate their policy and communication strategies related to the vaccine, it's critical that they understand how receptive their workforce may or may not be. This information can help them formulate effective messaging that leads to higher rates of vaccination, leading to better protection against transmission in the workplace."The vaccines don't block transmission- So, we're back to the breakthrough cases and there are hundreds and hundreds of thousands of them, if not millions? We're just not hearing or reading about them. Because the media advances the pharma for profit agenda.
